GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Authorities are searching for a missing Pulaski man.
According to a release from police, Randy Vandenplas was last seen at the Festival Foods store on University Avenue in Green Bay.
Police said officers took a report of Vandenplas walking into a BP Gas Station near State Highway 32 and County Rd B in the Village of Pulaski, where police say he made concerning statements about himself.
Police also said officers took a similar call at the Festival Foods on University Ave.
Police said Vandenplas suffers from PTSD while working as a contractor for the military and being overseas in Iraq. Police said he was recently let go from his place of employment and is dealing with many financial issues and lawsuits due to a hip injury.
Officers confirmed Vandenplas has a 9mm handgun.
Vandenplas' current whereabouts are unknown. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pulaski Police Department.
