GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- To celebrate the upcoming holidays the Green Bay Austin Straubel International (GRB) Airport is spreading cheer through festive music, treats, and giveaways for the rest of the December.

The Airport says they will have special days and giveaways from December 6th through December 31st.

If your name is Claus, Kringle, or Frost, you can get a free appetizer from their main restaurant! They say a valid driver's license, passport, or equivalent must be provided.

They also have Adopt a Crew as a way for people to say 'thank you' to the flight crews who are working to get passengers to their holiday destinations. They say this will ensure crew members have holiday meals on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

“Often the aircraft crew will fly all day on a holiday, only to wrap up the work day too late to get to a restaurant for a meal,” said GRB Airport Director Marty Piette, A.A.E. “We want to make sure the crews know we appreciate their work in getting our passengers safely to their destinations.”
