ASHWAUBENON (NBC 26) -- An endangered missing person alert has been issued for 53-year-old Jeffrey Jacobson, an Ashwaubenon man.
Police said Jeffrey left his residence at around 10 a.m. to go to a doctor's appointment on November 11th, but never arrived at the appointment. Jeffrey has not been seen or heard from since the time he left.
According to the alert, it's unlike Jeffrey to leave for this long of a period of time without having contact with his mother. Jeffrey has a history of depression, other mental health disorders, and a thyroid condition. He has been off his medication for approximately six months.
Jeffery is white, 5'11" tall and weighs 265 pounds. Anyone who sees him is asked to contact the Ashwaubenon Public Safety Department.
