APPLETON (NBC 26) — Appleton Police announced Tuesday officers have made an arrest in a shooting that was reported at Brau Haus earlier this month.
Police identified Damon T. Thompson as the alleged offender in the Jan. 3 shooting that happened downtown. Appleton Police said investigators found Thompson in Madison and took him into custody Monday.
According to Appleton Police, Thompson was arrested and confined at the Outagamie County Jail on two counts of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.
