APPLETON (NBC 26) — Richmond Street is no longer closed after Appleton Police closed the street earlier Tuesday afternoon for a possible shots fired investigation.
Around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday Appleton Police said officers responded to a shot fired call in the 1700 block of North Richmond Street. Officers didn't find anyone injured, but they did find several casings in the road.
Officers are currently speaking with neighbors and are canvasing the neighborhood to see if they can locate anything else. There is no suspect information that they have to release at this time.
