Appleton man indicted on meth, ammunition charges

MILWAUKEE (NBC 26) -- An Appleton man has been indicted on meth and ammunition charges, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Kou Lee is accused of having more than 50 grams of methamphetamine and intending to distribute it. He's also accused of possessing ammunition as a convicted felon.

If convicted, Lee faces at least a mandatory 10-year prison sentence and a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
