Police say a 56-year-old Appleton man was taken into custody for a July 29 robbery at a Walmart.
In a previous report, Grand Chute Police say a man walked into a Walmart on North Mutual Way with his face and arms painted black and wearing a lime green baseball hat.
Police said that the suspect walked up to the customer service counter and handed the clerk a note, demanding money and stating that he had a gun. Although there was mention of a gun in the note, police say no gun was shown to employees.
The suspect left the store before police arrived.
Police arrested Daniel Fox on Thursday and took him to Outagamie County Jail. Police did not release any other details regarding his arrest.
