APPLETON (NBC 26) -- Appleton International Airport is launching a new nonstop route to Nashville.
The airport is hosting a VIP launch event and ribbon cutting Friday afternoon to celebrate the new nonstop route out of Appleton Airport.
The airport plans mark its first flight to Nashville with country music and food.
The flight is being offered by Allegiant.
