APPLETON (NBC 26) -- The Municipal Services Committee in Appleton put the wheels in motion Monday to allow the city to have a controversial sculpture moved to a private property.
According to the committee, there are two possible locations. This was just a recommendation and it will now be up to the city to make their next move at the regular council meeting.
That meeting is coming up on March 18th.
