GREEN BAY (NBC 26) - A 69-year-old man was stabbed Saturday afternoon in his lower abdomen.
Green Bay Police said it happened on the 600 block of George Street.
The man was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition.
Police said this was not a random incident and a 55-year-old man has been arrested.
Officers believe there is not a threat to the community; and are continuing to investigate.
