In the wake of the Molson Coors shootings , a 6-year-old girl is on a mission to let each and every employee at the brewing company know that they are in our community's thoughts and prayers.

"I hope that I can make them happy and not sad anymore," said Allison Krueger as she sat down at a table inside the Bell Ambulance Garage on Friday, and started writing sympathy cards for each of the employees who work at Molson Coors. Her goal is to send more than 1,400 cards in total.

The cards read, "In this time of sadness, people love you and are thinking about you," and "I hope you feel better."

Her dad, Jason Krueger, who is a paramedic himself, was the first to join her at the table. He would offer spelling advice, and help Allison pick out markers to use.

Each card is hand-written and tucked into a colorful envelope.

Soon after she started, at around 10 a.m., comfort dogs and police officers showed up to help and show support.

Community members showed up, as well. They dropped off stacks of cards that they had written themselves, helping Allison work towards her goal of 1,400 cards even faster.

"It’s a good thing that you’re doing," said one woman as she popped in. She said she drove from Oak Creek on her break, but didn't have time to stay.

Allison's mom, Tina, a proud supporter as well.

"I am just really proud of her for always thinking of her neighbors and trying to love people," said Tina.
