WAUPACA COUNTY (NBC 26) -- A 20-year-old driver who died after a rollover crash in Waupaca County has been identified.
The crash was reported around 1:30 p.m. Saturday on Highway 10 eastbound, east of Kester Road in the Town of Fremont. Waupaca County Sheriff's Office said an eastbound car left the roadway, went down an embankment and overturned.
The driver, identified as 20-year-old Sapphire Johnson from Waupaca, was pronounced dead at the scene. The 19-year-old passenger, Shawn Gryczkowski, was taken to the hospital with apparent minor injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
