A 17-year-old girl from Manitowoc County died at the scene of a two vehicle crash between a passenger car and a loaded cement truck at 7:39 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Highway 151 and West Custer Street.
Preliminary investigation indicates the passenger car crossed over the center line, striking the cement truck, according to a Manitowoc Police Department press release.
Local first responders were assisted by the Wisconsin State Patrol accident reconstruction unit.
