A local Girl Scout troop is making a difference in their community.
The scouts have been busy collecting children’s clothing and hygiene supplies for people in need.
On Monday, Green Bay Girl Scout Troop 4029 donated what they've collected to House of Hope and Forward Services.
"I felt pretty good because me myself, I was part of the Salvation Army for a while so I knew about giving back. So it's pretty awesome that I got to teach them about giving back to people who needed it," said one of the scout leaders.
