Little Chute's Village Board gives Nestlé the green light to build a 300,000 sq. ft. cold storage facility.
The development is expected to add 150 jobs to Little Chute's economy.
James Fenlon, Village Administrator, said the plan was approved unanimously. He said there are three conditions on the site plan which must be met before Nestlé gets a permit, but the company has agreed to meet the conditions.
