The Appleton police department arrested 45 year old Jason H. LaVigne who attended Appleton West High School's graduation, which police say was in direct violation of his bond set in Marinette County Court, where he's charged with 3rd degree sexual assault.
LaVigne was in court on June 6th, 2018, and is at the Outagamie County jail on a felony bail jumping charge.
LaVigne's a teacher at Little Chute high school was accused of assaulting a 16 year old girl on a pontoon boat near Crivitiz.
Grand Chute police and Appleton police both assisted in the arrest.
