Lill pleads not guilty to allegedly exposing himself at a restaurant

A New London man who is accused of exposing himself to a child at a Panera Bread restaurant in Ashwaubenon pleaded not guilty in Brown County court Monday. He's charged with exposing genitals to a child in a public area and lewd and lascivious behavior.
 
According to the criminal complaint, workers say Randolph Lill had been in the restaurant several times in the past.
 
He'll be back in court in September.
