OSHKOSH, Wis-- Lifest 2016, one of the nation’s largest Christian music festivals begins on Thursday in Oshkosh.
Thousands of people from all across the country are expected at the Sunnyview Expo Center for the four day event.
This is the 18th year of the festival. More than 100 artists, performers and speakers will be featured through the weekend.
Organizers say they’re expecting their biggest year ever.
“Last year was our biggest year to date, and we’re already a little bit ahead. So we’re very excited for that, and we always have a lot of walk-ins that come in the day of to buy tickets, too,” said marketing coordinator Bree Schneider.
Music and activities start around 1:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
