The Trout Museum of Art in Appleton is helping people in Kenya with a new display revealed Thursday.
The Kenya Works art exhibit features hand-crafted work from Kenyan artists. Kenya Works is a USA-based, non-profit organization that helps the most vulnerable people in Kenya.
The unique pieces of art include Kiondos-baskets, paintings and jewelry. Each piece is for sale, with proceeds benefiting the home towns of the artists.
Prices ranges from $5-$500. The exhibit will run from July 13-July 23.
