Leaders in Kewaunee County are asking neighbors to use their own libraries instead of libraries in near-by Brown County.
The request comes after Brown County billed Kewaunee County nearly $50,000 for out-of-area library use by Kewaunee residents.
There is no charge for in-county library use.
