A Brown County Judge has ruled Richard Arrington is competent to stand trial. Arrington is accused of killing Richardo Gomez in a shooting on Day Street in Green Bay last Spring.
The criminal complaint shows Arrington, also known as 'Fat Swag', shot the victim while standing at his front porch in an incident where Gomez was not the intended victim.
A second suspect accused in the crime, Devin Landrum was taken into custody in August.
