Although the race for U.S. Senate appeared to be firmly in Feingold's favor over the past months, the latest poll from Loras College shows Johnson with a five-point lead on Feingold.
Johnson now holds 45% of the vote with Feingold trailing behind him at 40%.
9% of voters polled claim they are still undecided.
