Investigators say they now know how a former lottery employee allegedly rigged jackpots in Wisconsin. They recovered a random number generator. They say Eddie Tipton used it to rig a jackpot claimed by his brother back in 2008. Tipton, who worked for the Multi State Lottery Association is accused of defrauding the Wisconsin Lottery out of nearly 800 thousand dollars. His brother Tommy surrendered to authorities yesterday.
