Scammers are getting more creative in their pursuit for your money.
Now they're threatening the people they call, posing as IRS employees. They're even disguising their caller I-D number to appear as an IRS employee, and they're using fake employee numbers to pose as an IRS official.
The IRS does not contact anyone by phone, and never threatens anyone for payment of back-taxes.
