Investigators seek public's help in murder case

The Brown County Sheriff's Department is reaching out to the public for new investigation into the murder of Nicole VanderHeyden. Vanderheyden's body was found in field in Bellevue Saturday, about three miles from her home on Berkley Road in Ledgeview.  
 
 

Douglass Ditrie faces a first degree intentional homicide charge in connection with VanderHeyden's death.

 
Investigators are requesting anyone who may have seen or had contact with either the victim or the suspect on the night of Friday, May 20th 2016 or the morning of Saturday, May 21st are asked to please call or email Sgt.
