An investigation by the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office, the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force and the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation unveiled a meth lab located in the town of Westfield in Marquette County.
On Feb. 19, a search warrant was executed and two residents were arrested and taken to the Marquette County Jail on various charges relating to the possession and manufacture of methamphetamine, according to a press release issued by the Marquette County Sheriff's Office on Friday.
David Schaefer, 47 of Westfield, faces charges of manufacturing meth and possession of meth, materials for manufacturing meth, waste from meth manufacturing and drug paraphernalia.
Dana Gassen, 37 of Westfield, faces charges of manufacturing meth as a party to a crime and possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
