The St. Francis Xavier Catholic school system celebrated its annual international food fair.
The event had nine food booths organized and managed by parents. It takes more than 400 volunteers to make the event happen. The food classes do the cooking, English classes organized a book sale, and the art club made piñatas.
"We had a group of parents that came together, is my understanding, and just said that we needed to do something that's going to build community and let other people come in to our school,” said Lisa Pfaff
The event raises money for the school system.
