A new video circling the internet shows a disturbing new challenge.
It's called the ice and salt challenge and it's landing many teens in the hospital.
Those who try it put salt on their arm, resting an ice cube on top of the area, attempting to see how long they can keep the ice on their arm.
Health experts say the teens are creating a chemical reaction that creates dangerously low temperatures, around 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
That change takes just seconds, going from harmless ice cubes, to a dangerous threat.
