ASHWAUBENON, WI -- It was standing room only at Ashwaubenon Public High School Thursday night.

It was there that new details of the multi-million dollar plans for the future of the Titletown District were given out to neighbors.

Hundreds of people were eager to learn more tonight about how this $120 million project will change their neighborhoods. For neighbors closest to the site, their concerns go beyond noise, and traffic.

Now the packers are trying to ease those concerns.

Ashwaubenon resident Dennis Paeske lives just a block away from the Titletown project site.

"It'll be interesting to see what they've got going," says Paeske, observing pictures of the project, "that's why I want to see what's coming."

His concerns aren't with crowded streets, or noisy next door businesses.

"We have no problem. The only time it's noisy is game day, and that's fun noise," laughs Paeske. "Being that close to the stadium, we park cars, so it'll be good for us!"

Instead, Paeske says he's concerned about Titletown's overall appeal to outsiders and neighbors alike.

"[They'll have] a medical facility which we probably won't use a lot, a high end hotel which we probably won't use a lot, and a bar/restaurant," says Paeske, referring to the three biggest aspects of the project so far. "I'm trying to see what else is there besides that."

"You know, they're going to be directly affected," says Packers CEO Mark Murphy, also present at tonight's meeting. "So, [we're] looking at things we can do to accommodate them."

Tonight, those behind the project assuring the project will be a destination that includes year-round attractions.

"I think we've got a real good plan put in place," assures Murphy.

They're plans that still need approval from the Village Board before crews can break ground, and start laying a foundation.

Other questions tonight included who, specifically, will be policing the district, and whether there will be any pet-friendly zones.

So far, project leaders say there is a plan for a dog park.

The Village Board is set to review a project resolution on January 26th.

The Plan Commission will review the project details at the beginning of February.
