If you're in the mood for some Christmas cheer the Howard 2018 Holiday Parade is happening tonight in downtown Oshkosh.
This is the second year the downtown Oshkosh business district is putting on the parade. This year's theme is Winter Wonderland.
A pre-parade party and dinner begins at 4 p.m. and the parade begins at 6:15 p.m.
