A Hortonville man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexual exploitation of minors.
A federal judge in Green Bay handed down the sentence to 42-year-old Jason Junek.
Officials say he created fake social media profiles posing as a teen and used it to manipulate underage girls into sending him sexually explicit photos and videos. Junek interacted with underage girls located across the United States and in several foreign countries.
Upon his release, Junek will be on federal supervised release for 10 years and will have to register as a sex offender in the jurisdiction in which he resides.
He was also ordered to pay a mandatory $5,000 special assessment pursuant to the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act.
