Coldwell Banker is hoping to pair 300 animals with families to give pets a forever home.
Saturday at the Fox Valley Humane Association, visitors were able to come in and leave with any of the available adoptable pets.
Coldwell Banker officials say it's a great way to get those pets into a new home.
"There's a bigger need out there," Coldwell Banker's Megan Jacquet said. "There are animals that are in need of loving homes and loving families that are in need of that final piece that makes them feel whole, too."
The event in Appleton was just one of several across multiple states on Saturday.
