The Appleton Police Department reports they believe alcohol was a factor in
a crash on HWY41 that sent two people to the hospital.
Police say it happened at at about 3:45 a.m. Saturday morning near Ballard
Road.
A crew that was painting lines was hit by the vehicle and one crew member
and a passenger in the vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries and
taken to the hospital for treatment.
A 27-year-old from Appleton was taken into custody.
