APPLETON - Students from Appleton East, West, and North high schools held an open house Tuesday. The students helped build a three-bedroom, ranch-style home from the ground up in Appleton at 311 River Drive.
This is the 12th house high school students have built for those in need in partnership with the Appleton Housing Authority.
