UPDATE: Winnebago County Officials have identified the man who they say died in a helicopter crash in the Fox River near Wisconsin St. Bridge in Oshkosh as 27-year-old Jonathan D. Bahr of Platteville, WI.
They say, on Saturday, the helicopter hit a high tension power line that runs across the river, and it then crashed into the the Fox River. High tension power lines also fell into the water. This put rescue efforts on hold for nearly two hours.
Officials say Bahr had been hired to take photographers over Lake Winnebago during an annual charity power run.
