UPDATE: Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow which means six more weeks of winter!

PUNXSUTAWNEY, PA. -- It's Groundhog day! Thursday morning, the country's most famous weather prognosticator will determine when spring arrives.
While there are dozens of groundhogs making forecasts today, it's Punxsutawney Phil that makes Americans pause.
The chubby rodent will emerge from hibernation and if he sees his shadow, he'll declare there are six more weeks of winter.
If there's no shadow, his hibernation is over and an early spring is around the corner.
