Green Bay has a new police chief. Andrew Smith was sworn in Monday at city hall. Smith spent nearly 30 years with the LAPD, but he grew up in Iron Mountain, Michigan and is a Packers fan. Chief Smith says he wants to build on the community policing strategies used by his predecessors.
"That's one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to come here is because of the community that we have here."
