The Green Bay Police Department is investigating a stabbing.
It happened just before 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
Officers were called to an area hospital where they found a 27-year-old Green Bay woman with a stab wound to her lower abdomen.
During witness interviews, a 29-year-old confessed to the stabbing.
Charges will be requested against the suspect.
The victim is expected to survive.
