LA CROSSE, WI -- An area dance team took home some hardware over the weekend at the WACPC State Dance Competition.
The Green Bay Southwest Troyettes competed on Saturday in La Crosse.
They took home the silver in Division 2 Pom.
The team took first place in Division 1 Kick.
It was an emotional win for the team's coach, Shawna Landes, who is celebrating 30 years of coaching this year.
Congratulations to the state champions.
