A Preble High School student is accused of sexually assaulting two fellow students during school hours, police said.
Maurilio Lopez-Lopez,18, was charged in Brown County court Tuesday. One of three charges he's facing is first degree child sex assault.
A 15-year-old student told police she got into a car with Lopez-Lopez during lunch at school, court documents said. He then allegedly drove her to nearby apartments and forced her to perform a sex act in the car, the criminal complaint said.
He is also accused of inappropriately touching a 16-year-old girl inside the school, according to court documents.
Lopez-Lopez has denied the allegations.
If convicted, he faces more than 60 years in prison. He will be back in court October 10.
