Green Bay Police locate missing woman after tips of seeing her earlier near 12th Avenue and 9th Street.

Police found Charleen at Marquette Park around 11 p.m. Tuesday. Charleen was in good health and has been reunited with her family

The Green Bay Police Department is asking for the public's help with finding a missing/endangered 61-year-old woman, Charleen Reinhart.

A Silver Alert has been issued to help find her.

Police have confirmed Reinhart was at the University Avenue Market grocery store Monday morning. Officers released a still photo from surveillance video showing her wearing a blue sleeveless top and light colored shorts.

and from there was believed to have been traveling on foot or possibly by city bus to the East Side Walmart in Bellevue, 2292 Main St.

She does not have access to a vehicle. She is 5'8" and weighs 125 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes.

According to the Silver Alert, Reinhart has medical and mental health issues and does not have her medication. She removes her clothing when she is not on her medication.

Police are continuing to investigate this incident and attempting to verify if she traveled by bus or if she arrived at Walmart East.

At this time, they do not have a clothing description for what she was wearing when she was last seen, but are sharing a recent photo hoping that someone has seen her or knows where she is at this time.
