UPDATE:
Green Bay Police confirm the three siblings got lost after playing at Joannes Park yesterday afternoon and spent the night at a friend's house.
Authorities say the children warmed up at a laundromat before the eldest child recognized the neighborhood as a neighborhood they used to live in.
At that point, the children were able to locate a friend's house.
Reports indicate the friend's mother tried to call the mother of the missing children, but none of the phone numbers she had worked.
The siblings spent the night and the friend's mother called the police around 7:00 a.m. after seeing the kids had been reported missing.
