Green Bay Police have located Noemi Faustino.
She was found safe and is currently in the process of being returned to family.
Police tell NBC26 that Samuel Cannon, 30, a registered sex offender, is in custody.
Police say that help from the community and other law enforcement agencies lead to locating Noemi.
Faustino was considered endangered after confirmed reports that she was with Cannon, who has a felony warrant through Probation and Parole.
