Green Bay Police investigating intruder on Division Street

The Green Bay Police Department is alerting residents to be on the lookout for a suspicious person in the area of Division Street.

At about 5:40 a.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 1300 block of Division Street was awoken to a suspicious person in her home. The victim was asleep when she was woke up to the suspect in her bedroom. When confronted, the suspect fled out of the house and ran down Division Street. This was corroborated by other residents who saw the man fleeing the area.

The victim described the suspect as possibly Hispanic, having shoulder length puffy, curly hair and a scar underneath his eye. The victim said the suspect was approximately 5’6-5’8, 140 pounds with a medium build.

Police are asking the community to continue to be observant and report any suspicious activity. Also, police stress the importance of locking doors, windows and making sure garage doors are closed.
