UPDATE: Officers located a 23 year old male that ran from the area where the gunshots might have occurred.
He is being interviewed at the police department.
Officers will return to the area in daylight to re-canvas the area.
Police don’t believe the public is in any danger.
They are looking for an early 90s model Oldsmobile Royal 88 that is silver or tan in color with no hub caps.

Police responded to a call around 3:15 a.m. on Monday on the 800 block of Howard St.
There are no reported injuries, and no suspect in custody.
