The Green Bay Police Department, in partnership with other community organizations, is helping families in need this Thanksgiving through the "Badges Giving Baskets" initiative.
The goal of the program is to re-invest and give back to the community during the holidays.
The police department partnered with Feeding America-Eastern Wisconsin, the Green Bay Area Public School District and the Boys & Girls Club to deliver 50 food baskets to families.
