It's the season of giving, and one gift that's always in high demand is blood donations.
You can help give back and save lives at the Green Bay Packers Community Blood Drive on November 30.
The blood drive will be held at the new Johnsonville Tailgate Village from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The American Red Cross said Thanksgiving through January is typically when there is the lowest number of blood donations.
"People are out traveling, visiting family and friends, but we still need donors and those who have never donated before to come out," explained Jessica Brabant with the Red Cross. "You never know when you'll need blood. There are tragedies that happen every day and when there is a shortage, we still need our donors to get out there."
