A Green Bay man is taking his skills to Orlando to compete among the best meat cutters in the country.
Connor Brienen is participating in the challenge, representing Texas Roadhouse in Ashwaubenon.
It's the fourth year he's trying for the $20,000 first-place prize.
"It feels good to be recognized, it feels good to get the rewards and the accolade and being able to go down to Florida, a little free mini-vacation," Brienen said. "It's fun and I love my job. It's fun, it's rewarding."
Brienen says he plans to head to Orlando later this month.
If he wins, he wants to buy a new car and help out his mom.
