Man Charged with Fatal Pedestrian Crash

John Convery, 52 has been charged with homicide, nearly one year after crashing into two pedestrians near Georgia Pacific in July of 2015. 

Convery is facing a charge of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Court documents say Convery lost control of his pickup truck and crashed into 56-year-old Brian Delebreau and 47-year-old Paul Price. Delebreau died at the hospital. Price suffered serious injuries. Police found Oxycodone in his vehicle and he tested positive for drugs in his system.
