ASHWAUBENON, Wis—Ashwaubenon Public Safety officers arrested a 48 year old Green Bay man for his 8th Offense OWI.
Around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, a vehicle was stopped with expired registration.
The driver is also facing charges of Operating with Suspended Registration, Operating without Insurance, and Operating while Suspended.
He is on probation for OWI, and being held at the Brown County Jail.
There was a passenger in the car that did have a valid driver’s license.
